CRM Loyalty Integration on Product Pages

A loyalty touchpoint designed and implemented for MEDION product pages to make customer benefits visible earlier in the purchase journey and connect CRM goals with a smooth product page experience.

CRM Loyalty Integration on Product Pages

The Objective

The goal was to make MEDION Bytes and its customer benefits visible earlier in the purchase journey, directly on the product detail page, without distracting users from their purchase decision.

The Execution

I designed and implemented a loyalty touchpoint close to the product price. The displayed Bytes value adapts dynamically to the selected product and promotional logic, including double and triple benefit campaigns.

The Process

I analyzed the existing product page hierarchy, CRM requirements and user journey, explored several interaction concepts, implemented the selected variants and prepared them for testing through Dynamic Yield.

The Outcome

The tests increased the visibility of the loyalty program and encouraged more interaction with the Bytes and Benefits area while keeping the purchase flow stable.

A direct link to the benefits page performed better than the more interruptive pop-up variant and became the preferred solution.
